AMERICAN INDIAN FOUNDATION
Each Year, Hemant and Surbhi design an innovative menu for 600 of our guests at the American India Foundation New York gala. At our 2017 New York gala, they prepared a steamed fish dish paired with a coconut sauce. The dish was a hit given the aroma of the coconut and curry leaves. Many were impressed that the fish was cooked perfectly, given the volume of attendees. My favorite experience is sampling the Viennese dessert they do for us each year. They have taken classics often considered street food and put an elegant touch on our favorites.
