HOW DO I REQUEST A CATERING QUOTE FOR MY EVENT?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE BEFORE MY EVENT SHOULD I CONTACT YOU?

We recommend at least two weeks’ notice for smaller events (under 50 guests) and 4–10+ months for large events such as weddings and galas. During peak seasons, our calendar fills quickly, so we encourage scheduling your consultation as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM PARTY SIZE YOU WILL CATER?

Our minimum guest count is 40 guests for private events and 100 guests for large events and weddings. However, we also cater intimate dinners and large-scale celebrations—please inquire for custom options.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

DO YOU PROVIDE TASTINGS?

Yes. Tastings are available at our New York City restaurants: Veerays (Midtown East) and Saar Indian Bistro (near Times Square).

DO YOU PROVIDE WINE, BEER AND LIQUOR?

We provide bartender services, bar setup, garnishes, and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol must be supplied by the client or venue.

WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE FOR SET-UP?

Set-up requirements depend on the venue and available kitchen facilities. For private events, we require access to a kitchen or prep area to heat and plate food. For large events and weddings, a commercial kitchen or equivalent setup is recommended. Share venue details with us, and we will curate the menu, stations, and rental needs accordingly.​​​

DO YOU PROVIDE LINENS, DISHES AND UTENSILS?

While we do not provide rentals such as serving equipment, silverware, china, glassware, etc we are happy to provide a detailed list of equipment needed for service as well as trusted vendors. Please inquire about rentals during your consultation—we are happy to assist in coordinating these details.

CAN I MAKE MY OWN MENU OR CUSTOMIZE THE MENUS OFFERED?

Yes. We invite clients to select their menu from our curated sample menus based on their preferences and vision for the event. We’re happy to offer suggestions, seasonal recommendations, and accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. If you don’t see a specific dish listed, please share your request and we will check with Chef to see if it can be incorporated.

HOW IS THE FOOD SERVED?

We offer a range of service styles, including butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, buffet, family-style dining, and plated dinners, as well as live cooking stations.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS AND ALLERGIES?

Yes. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, and our meat is purchased from halal certified vendors. Allergy-friendly menus can be curated upon request.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK CITY?

We cater events nationwide and internationally, including destination weddings.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

We offer a range of curated catering packages tailored to your event style, guest count, and menu selections. Please inquire about our packages during your consultation so we can design a proposal that reflects your vision and preferences. Our proposals include a transparent breakdown of menu pricing, administrative fees, staffing, delivery, and applicable taxes.
